About Me:

I am a qualified Counsellor, Registered Member of the BACP (MBACP).

I offer integrative counselling for adults and young people in my private practice and agency work.

My approach is built on a person-centred foundation, which means I provide a safe, confidential, warm space where you can speak without being judged.

Because everyone is different, I also bring in ideas from two other types of therapy:

  • Psychodynamic: We look at your past and your early relationships to see how they might be affecting the way you feel and act today.
  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy): We use practical, present-day tools to help you manage your thoughts and cope with daily stress.

My experience covers a wide range of difficult life events.

I specialize in helping people work through past trauma, relationship breakups, and Loss—an area close to my heart since my time volunteering in a hospice, helping clients work through their grief.

I also have a lot of experience helping young people cope with family, friendship, and cultural pressures.

As a BACP member, I follow a strict ethical code, meaning our sessions are safe, confidential, and focused entirely on you.
